摘　　要：慢性筋骨病是由于脊柱、骨与关节、四肢和骨骼肌等部位筋骨失衡导致的退行性变,包括颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出症、骨质疏松症等一系列疾病。中医学将此类疾病归属于“骨枯”“骨痹”“筋痹”“骨痿”等范畴,其主要病机为肝肾亏虚,肝血不足、筋脉失养、肾精亏虚、骨枯不容。文章从“筋骨并重”原则治疗慢性筋骨病方面进行理论探讨,提出“补益肝肾,筋骨并重”的治疗思路,以“筋骨并重”为治疗原则,达到肝血充盈,肾精充足,筋劲骨强的作用。同时在治疗过程中应注重整体辨证与局部辨证相结合,精准辨证,随证加减,为中医药治疗慢性筋骨病提供理论基础。Chronic musculoskeletal diseases are degenerative changes caused by imbalances in the spine,bones and joints,limbs and skeletal muscles,including cervical spondylosis,frozen shoulder,lumbar disc herniation,osteoporosis and a series of diseases.In Chinese medicine,these diseases are classified into the categories of"bone dryness","gubi","jinbi",and"bone atrophy".The main pathogenesis is liver and kidney deficiency,insufficient liver blood,and loss of muscles and veins;kidneys;Essence deficiency and bone dryness are not tolerated.Based on the principle of"equal stress on muscles and bones"in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal diseases,the author puts forward the treatment idea of"replenishing the liver and kidney,stressing equal emphasis on muscles and bones".At the same time,in the process of treatment,attention should be paid to the combination of overall syndrome differentiation and partial syndrome differentiation,precise differentiation of syndromes,and ad-dition and subtraction of syndromes to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic muscle and bone diseases with tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
