摘　　要：继发性闭经是妇科常见病、多发病之一,临床辨证多为肾虚、肝郁、血瘀等,治疗多从补肾、疏肝、活血入手。脾胃为后天之本,所生后天之精充养先天之精,充盈血海;脾胃为气机升降之枢纽,协肝调畅气机,助冲任通利;又脾胃为气血生化之源,化生精微物质,濡养全身,可见此病的发生与脾胃功能失常密切相关。文章通过从脾胃与继发性闭经之间的关系阐述继发性闭经的发生机制,结合古今医家对从脾胃论治继发性闭经的认识和思考,探索脾胃与继发性闭经的发生发展关系,为从脾胃论治继发性闭经提供理论依据及临床用药指导。Secondary amenorrhea is one of the common diseases of gynecology.The clinical syndrome differentiation is mostly kidney deficiency,liver stagnation,blood stasis,etc.The treatment mainly starts from tonifying the kidney,smoothing the liver and promoting blood circulation.The author thinks that the spleen and stomach are the acquired essence,and the acquired essence is the natural essence,which is full of blood.The spleen and stomach are the hub of qi lifting,helping the liver to regulate and smooth the qi,and helping to flush and rentong.And the spleen and stomach for the source of Qi and blood biochemical,chemical production of fine substances,to nourish the whole body.It can be seen that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the dysfunction of spleen and stomach.Based on the relationship between spleen and stomach and secondary amenorrhea,the author expounded the mechanism of secondary amenorrhea,combined with the understanding and thinking of ancient and modern doctors on treating secondary amenorrhea from spleen and stomach,explored the relationship between spleen and stomach and the occurrence and development of secondary amenorrhea,and provided theoretical basis and clinical medication characteristics for treating secondary amenorrhea from spleen and stomach.
