从脏象理论论治血热型银屑病

摘　　要：银屑病以皮肤上可呈现大量的红色斑丘疹,红斑上有银白色的鳞屑分布,刮掉鳞屑,下有薄膜和如露水珠样的出血点为特点。中医各医家结合临床实践和中医基础理论,认为银屑病的发生和发展与五脏的功能失常息息相关。五脏的生理功能不足,会造成外邪趁机而入,外邪在皮肤上与血气相搏结。中医还认为由于肾精不足引起的先天禀赋不足也容易患银屑病。西医经过调查和研究后发现,银屑病的发生与遗传、环境、免疫、代谢障碍等因素有关。治疗银屑病,使用激素类药物和化学药都有一些不良反应。中医所主张的整体观念、标本兼顾和辨证论治,在临床实践过程中有很多优势。虽然银屑病的皮损表现在外,但是银屑病的发生发展与人体内在脏腑生理功能及病理变化有着紧密的联系。文章以脏象理论为切入点,探讨论治血热型银屑病,对临床有积极的指导意义。The clinical characteristics of psoriasis are:the skin can present a large number of red macular papules,erythema with silvery white scaly distribution,scraped off the scales,under the film and such as dewdrop like bleeding spots.According to the clinical practice and the basic theory of Chinese medicine,the occurrence and development of psoriasis are closely related to the dysfunction of the five Zang organs.The physiological function of the five zang organs is insufficient,which will cause the external evil to take the opportunity to enter,and the external evil will fight with the blood gas on the skin.Traditional Chinese medicine also believes that due to the lack of kidney essence caused by congenital deficiency is also prone to psoriasis.Western medicine after investigation and research found that the occurrence of psoriasis and genetic,environmental,immune,metabolic disorders and other factors related.In the treatment of psoriasis,the use of hormonal drugs and chemicals can have some side effects.The holistic concept,the consideration of specimens and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation advocated by traditional Chinese medicine have many advantages in clinical practice.Although the lesions of psoriasis appear outside,the occurrence and development of psoriasis are closely related to the physiological functions and pathological changes of the internal organs of the human body.The author discusses the treatment of blood fever psoriasis with the theory of viscera image as the breakthrough point,which has a positive guiding significance for clinical practice.
