自拟通栓活血汤联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究自拟通栓活血汤联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将2018年3月—2020年3月在郑州市第七人民医院进行治疗的120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组予以纤溶酶200 U与0.9%的氯化钠500 mL混合静脉滴注,观察组加用自拟通栓活血汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗后临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率98.34%高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟通栓活血汤联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果满意。Objective To study the clinical effect of Tongshuan Huoxue Decoction(通栓活血汤)combined with plasmin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomLy divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with fibrinolytic enzyme by intravenous drip,200 U of fibrinolytic enzyme was mixed with 500 mL of 0.9%sodium chloride;the study group were treated with fibrinolytic enzyme and Tongshuan Huoxue Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were com-pared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 98.34%,the effective rate of the reference group was 83.33%(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the study group and the reference group were all improved,but the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of Tongshuan Huoxue Decoction Combined with fibrinolytic en-zyme in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction is satisfactory,the number of patients who are effectively treated is more,and the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score is greater.
