摘　　要：中风是由于脑部出血性或缺血性的病变引起的突然的失去意识,发病率逐渐上升。中风后患者由于治疗不及时或康复训练不规范,可能会留有诸多后遗症。手指拘挛是关于运动功能障碍的主要后遗症之一,属于手部肌力及肌张力异常导致的运动障碍,主要因为上运动神经元对于控制肢体活动的能力减弱或者失去其能力,造成远端肢体活动不灵,患者临床主要表现为活动能力下降,手指部肌肉的肌张力增高导致手指关节表现为弯曲、手指痉挛或者呈强握的状态,做伸展动作非常困难,关节被动活动时受到抵抗,患侧手指由于活动障碍长时间缺乏锻炼甚至会逐渐发展至双手手部肌肉出现废用性萎缩或手掌出现溃烂。如果对于中风后的手指拘挛不重视救治不及时,会极大地影响了患者的日常生活。为了提高患者手部活动能力且提高自理能力,减轻患者及家属的压力,使其能够快速地适应并且融入当今的社会生活,寻找并且设计及时有效的治疗方案显得非使常重要。Stroke is a sudden loss of consciousness caused by hemorrhagic or ischemic lesions of the brain.In today’s society,the incidence rate of stroke is increasing every year.Patients with stroke may not have any symptoms due to improper treatment or irregular rehabilitation training.The symptoms and severity of these sequelae are different.Finger contracture is one of the main sequelae of these symptoms related to motor dysfunction,which is caused by abnormal hand muscle strength and muscle tension.It is mainly because the upper motor neuron’s ability to control limb activity is weakened or lost,which will cause the distal limb activity is not effective,that is,finger or foot activity is not effective.The main clinical manifestation of the patients is the decline of the activity ability of the finger joints,and the increase of the muscle tension of the finger muscles,which leads to the performance of the finger joints as bending,finger spasm or strong grip.It is very difficult for the patients to stretch their fingers,and they are resisted when they do passive joint activities,due to the long-term lack of exercise,the affected fingers may even develop to disuse atrophy of the hand muscles or ulceration of the palms.If we do not pay attention to the treatment of finger contracture after stroke,it may greatly affect the daily life of patients.Therefore,in order to improve the hand activity ability of patients and improve their self-care ability,reduce the pressure of patients and their families,so that they can quickly adapt to and integrate into today’s social life,it is very important to find and design timely and effective treatment programs.
