摘 要:卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,易发生广泛的腹腔内转移,且预后较差,病死率较高。近年来关于卵巢癌的研究越来越多,动物模型也广泛地应用于卵巢癌的研究中。建立卵巢癌动物模型有利于研究其诱导因素,发病机制,病理演变,病变转移,以助于卵巢癌的早期发现。同时卵巢癌动物模型还可应用于卵巢癌治疗药物的药理学研究,以改善治疗方案及预后。文章就常见卵巢癌动物模型分类,建立方法及应用做一概述。Ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies,it is prone to extensive intra-abdominal metastasis,and has poor prognosis and high mortality.In recent years,more and more studies on ovarian cancer have been conducted,and animal models have also been widely used in the studies of ovarian cancer.The establishment of an animal models of ovarian cancer is conducive to the study of its inducing factors,pathogenesis,pathological evolution,and metastasis,so as to facilitate the early detection of ovarian cancer.At the same time,the animal models of ovarian cancer can also be used in the pharmacological research of ovarian cancer therapeutic drugs to improve the therapeutic plan and prognosis.This article provides an overview of the classification,establishment methods and applications of common ovarian cancer animal models.
