摘　　要：张锡纯为清末中西汇通学派著名医家,所著《医学衷中参西录》中详细地介绍了其诊治痢证的医案,并将治则治法以及所立名方名药等记录于此。张锡纯治痢善用白芍、黄连、肉桂、山药、鸦胆子和硫磺,文章总结了其治疗痢证用药特色,为临床中治疗痢证提供参考。ZHANG Xichun was a famous doctor of the school of Chinese and western convergence in the late Qing Dynasty.His medical records of diagnosis and treatment of dysentery syndrome were introduced in detail in the book"medical records of in-tegration of traditional Chinese and western medicine",and his treatment principles and methods,as well as his famous prescrip-tions and medicines were recorded in the book.ZHANG Xichun made good use of white peony,coptis chinensis,cinnamon,yam,brucea Javanica and sulfur in the treatment of dysentery.This paper summarizes it's drug characteristics in the treatment of dysentery syndrome,so as to provide reference for everyone in the clinical treatment of dysentery syndrome in the future.
