摘　　要：目的探究补阳还五汤治疗恢复期脑梗死的效果。方法将2019年2月—2021年2月期间医院收治恢复期脑梗死患者150例采取数字表法分为观察组及对照组各75例,对照组常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采取施行补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标、血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)指标以及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组较高(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学指标相比较对照组较低(P<0.05);观察组血LPO相比较对照组较低(P<0.05),SOD指标相比较对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论在恢复期脑梗死患者治疗中采取补阳还五汤治疗,能够提高治疗有效率,改善血液流变学指标及血LPO、SOD指标,同时提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)on convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods From February 2019 to February 2021,150 patients with convalescent cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital were divided into an observation group and a control group with 75 cases in each group by digital table method.To take the implemen-tation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment.The clinical efficacy,hemorheological indexes,serum lipid peroxidation(LPO)(full name in Chinese,English abbreviation format,the same below),serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)indexes and indexes were compared between the two groups.Quality of Life.Results After treatment,the treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hemorheological indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the blood LPO of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.low(P<0.05),and SOD index was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction patients can improve the efficiency of treatment,improve blood rheology indexes,blood LPO and SOD indexes,and improve the quality of life at the same time.
