补益类降脂中药治疗血脂异常的研究进展

摘　　要：随着生活方式改变,血脂异常患病率明显增加。血脂异常可引起多种疾病,如心血管疾病、糖尿病,癌症等,严重威胁人民生活质量及生命安全。降脂中药已有数千年的用药历史,特别是补益类降脂中药广泛运用于临床实践,疗效可观。文章概述了近些年中医对血脂异常的认识;单味补益药何首乌、人参、绞股蓝、甘草、冬虫夏草、当归、黄芪的性味归经、有效成分、药理作用、降脂机制;中药药对红参与甘草、人参与冬虫夏草、黄芪与紫草对血脂异常的作用机制;补益类方药温肾补虚方降脂机制等。为临床调节血脂异常提供了新思路。With the life style has changed,and the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia has increased significantly.Dyslipidemia can cause a variety of diseases,such as cardiovascular disease,diabetes,cancer and so on,which seriously threaten the quality of life and safety of people.Lipid-lowering traditional Chinese medicine has been used for thousands of years,especially tonifying lipid-lowering drugs are widely used in clinical practice,and the curative effect is considerable.This paper summarizes the understanding of dyslipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years;the meridian tropism,effective ingredients,pharmacological effects and lipid-lowering mechanism of single deficiency-tonifying drugs Polygonum multiflorum,ginseng,gynostemma pentaphyllum,licorice,cordyceps sinensis,Radix angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali;the action mechanism of red participation in licorice,human participation in cordyceps sinensis,astragalus and purple grass on dyslipidemia,and the lipid-lowering mechanism of tonifying prescription Wenshen Buxu prescription and so on.It provides a new idea for clinical regulation of dyslipidemia.
