刘彬从温病经典论治寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：在温病经典著作中,斑疹作为一种温热病伴随的特殊体征出现,随着温病的不同进展阶段有着不同的表现,提示了在此皮疹存在的病机转归。临床和文献学习慢性皮肤病的过程中,可发现温病经典卫气营血理论和银屑病的病因、病机、尤其是皮损临床表现有诸多相符之处。温病中有许多针对斑疹的方剂和药对,虽然病机不完全相同,但在寻常型银屑病治疗上也有一定的参考价值。文章对刘彬从温病治疗银屑病经验学习总结,附验案1例,并对相关研究进行综述学习。In the classic works of febrile disease,macula appeared as a special sign associated with febrile disease,and showed different manifestations with different stages of febrile disease,suggesting the pathogenesis of this rash.In the process of clinical study and literature study of chronic skin disease,it can be found that the classical theory of protecting Qi and ying blood of febrile disease is in accord with the etiology,pathogenesis,especially the clinical manifestations of skin lesions of psoriasis.In febrile disease,there are many prescriptions and drug pairs for macula.Although the pathogenesis is not exactly the same,it also has a certain reference value in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.The author summarized the tutor’s experience in treating psoriasis with febrile disease,and attached a case,and summarized the relevant research.
