摘　　要：当归是临床常用的补血、活血要药,其化学成分主要包括挥发油(含苯酞内酯类)、有机酸类、多糖、氨基酸和核苷类等成分,具有抗氧化、镇痛抗炎、抗血小板聚集、抗肿瘤、保肝等药理作用。在对其化学成分和药理作用概述的基础上,根据中药质量标志物筛选五原则,从化学成分与传统药性、不同炮制方法、传统功效、入血成分、网络药理学等多方面对当归质量标志物进行预测分析,为当归质量评价体系的建立提供参考。As a traditional Chinese medicinal material,Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)has a long history of medicinal use.Its chemical components mainly include volatile oils,organic acids,polysaccharides,flavonoids,amino acids and other com-ponents.It has analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-tumor,liver protection and anti-platelet aggregation proper-ties and other pharmacological effects.Based on chemical components and pharmacological effects,this article compares the qual-ity markers of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)in terms of chemical components and traditional medicinal properties,different processing methods,traditional efficacy,blood components and clinical efficacy according to the five principles of quality markers of traditional Chinese medicine and carries out the predictive analysis to provide the reference for the establishment of the quality evaluation system of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis).
