基于“以补开塞”理论谈艾灸调节肠道菌群失调对脾虚膏脂转输障碍的防治作用

摘　　要：“以补开塞”理论是中医反治法的重要组成部分,适用于因虚而致闭塞不通的真虚假实证。从中医角度讲脾虚膏脂转输障碍是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病核心病机。近年来,越来越多的研究显示,肠道微生物环境改变与包括动脉粥样硬化在内的多种血脂异常性疾病发生密切相关,故中医药对肠道菌群的调控作用已成为当前研究的热点。艾灸具有温阳补虚、调理脾胃等作用,其治疗心血管疾病的临床疗效已经在诸多方面得到肯定,但对其作用机制的阐述仍不够详尽。在“以补开塞”理论指导下,试将艾灸、脾虚膏脂转输障碍性血脂异常相关疾病以及肠道微生物稳态三者加以联系,找到三者之间潜在的关联性,探讨艾灸疗法治疗脾虚膏脂转输障碍的原理,并对此法在血脂异常性相关疾病的治疗效果进行阐释,进一步丰富从脾论治血脂异常性疾病的科学内涵,为中医药防治其相关性疾病寻找新靶点提供参考。The theory of “supplementing to open the obstruction” is an important part of the treatment contrary to the routine in traditional Chinese medicine. It is suitable for the real deficiency and false excess syndrome due to the deficiency. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the ointment fat transfer disorder due to spleen deficiency is the core pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that the changes of intestinal microbial environment are closely related to a variety of dyslipidemic diseases, including atherosclerosis. Therefore, the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal flora has become a hot spot of current research. Moxibustion has the functions of warming Yang, tonifying deficiency and regulating spleen and stomach. Its clinical efficacy in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases has been affirmed in many aspects, but the elaboration of its mechanism is still not detailed. Under the guidance of the theory of “supplementing to open the obstruction”,this paper tries to connect moxibustion, dyslipidemia related diseases with the ointment fat transfer disorder due to spleen deficiency and intestinal microbial homeostasis, find out the potential correlation among the three, explore the principle of moxibustion therapy in the treatment of the ointment fat transfer disorder due to spleen deficiency and explain the therapeutic effect of this method in dyslipidemia related diseases, so as to further enrich the scientific connotation of treating dyslipidemia diseases from spleen and provide the reference for traditional Chinese medicine to find out new targets for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
