牵牛子化学成分及其生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：目的对牵牛子的化学成分及生物活性进行综述,为其质量标准研究和综合利用提供参考依据。方法对目前国内外报道的相关文献进行分析、分类和整理。结果牵牛子为临床常用中药,具有泻水通便、消痰涤饮和杀虫攻积等功效,现代药理研究表明其有抑菌抗炎、兴奋子宫平滑肌和抗肿瘤等多种作用。目前牵牛子报道的化学成分约有211个,主要有萜类、树脂糖苷类、酚酸类、脂肪酸类、生物碱类和挥发油类等化合物。结论目前针对牵牛子开拓出安全有效的药物相对较少,明确其药理活性和作用机制仍是牵牛子探究的主要任务。Objective To review the chemical constituents and biological activities of Qianniuzi(Pharbitidis Semen)and pro-vide a reference basis for its quality standard research and comprehensive utilization.Methods This paper analyzed,classified and sorted out the relevant literature reported at home and abroad.Results Qianniuzi(Pharbitidis Semen)is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the clinic and has the effects of purging water,relieving phlegm and defecation,eliminating phlegm and removing insects.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has many effects,such as bacteriostasis,anti-inflam-matory,exciting uterine smooth muscle and anti-tumor.This review reported about 211 chemical constituents,including terpe-noids,resin glycosides,phenolic acids,fatty acids,alkaloids and volatile oils.Conclusion At present,few safe and effective drugs have been developed for Qianniuzi(Pharbitidis Semen),and it is still the main task to clarify its pharmacological activity and mechanism.
