摘　　要：心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是各种心脏疾病的严重表现或晚期阶段,死亡率和再住院率居高不下。我国 HF 患病率呈持续升高趋势。《中国心血管健康与疾病报告2020》显示,我国有890万HF患者,其死亡率亦逐年上升。对于晚期HF患者,心脏移植仍然是最佳选择,但由于缺乏捐赠者,极大地影响了治疗方案和患者管理。因此,亟需高效且安全的替代疗法。现对心脏移植之前的机械辅助循环装置替代疗法及其最新研究和临床应用进展作一综述。Heart failur(HF) is a severe manifestation or advanced stage of various heart diseases,with high mortality and re-hospitalization rates.The prevalence of HF continues to increase in China.According to “China Cardiovascular Health and Disease Report 2020”,there are 8.9 million HF patients in China,and the mortality rate is also increasing year by year.Heart transplant is still the best option for patients with advanced HF,but the lack of donors greatly affects treatment decision making and patient management.Therefore,efficient and safe alternative therapies are urgently needed.This paper reviewed the recent research and clinical application of mechanical assisted circulatory devices as an alternative therapy before heart transplantation.
