中医内治法治疗儿童支气管哮喘研究进展

摘　　要：儿童支气管哮喘,中医将之称为哮病,以咳、喘为主要表现,严重者会出现呼吸困难,此病较难根治,容易复发。西医以平喘、改善肺部通气以及降低气道炎性反应等对症治疗为主,治疗措施比较局限,临床症状不能得到很好的控制,比较容易复发且长期使用产生一些不良反应。相反,中医讲究辨证论治与整体观念,通过四诊搜集相关信息对疾病进行辨证,处方君臣佐使配伍严谨,根据患儿体质专药专方治疗,不仅个体化强、治疗效果好且不良反应少。目前中医治疗小儿哮喘受到广泛好评,但是各个医家对这个病有不同的见解,地域、季节、体质等不同均会导致医家处方及治疗方法的差异性,从儿童哮喘的病因病机、辨证分型以及中医内治法治疗三个大方面,来对各个医家中医药治疗儿童哮喘的经验进行综述。Children bronchial asthma is called asthma in traditional Chinese medicine.Cough and asthma are the main mani-festations.In severe cases,dyspnea will occur.This disease is difficult to cure and easy to relapse.Western medicine focuses on symptomatic treatment such as relieving asthma,improving lung ventilation and reducing airway inflammation.The treatment measures are relatively limited and the clinical symptoms can not be well controlled.It is easy to relapse and long-term use will produce some adverse reactions.On the contrary,traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the overall concept.It collects relevant information to differentiate the disease through four diagnosis methods,and the prescription is strict.According to the constitution of children,special drugs and prescriptions are used for the treatment,which is not only individualized with good treatment effect,but also has few adverse reactions.At present,the treatment of chil-dren asthma with traditional Chinese medicine is widely praised,but various doctors have different views on this disease.Different regions,seasons and physique will lead to the differences of doctors'prescriptions and treatment methods.This paper summarized the experience of various doctors in the treatment of children asthma with traditional Chinese medicine from etiology and patho-genesis,syndrome differentiation and internal treatment of children asthma.
