摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭多以心之气阳亏虚为本,水饮、痰浊、瘀血为标,其中瘀血贯穿心衰始终。通过归纳总结各位医家的学术思想,探讨慢性心衰的病因病机、辨证分型,以及对近几年临床常用治法的研究,筛选出临床常用方剂,并对其组方进行分析及现代药理学研究,总结中医药在治疗慢性心衰工作中取得的成果,希冀为临床防治慢性心衰提供新的思路。Chronic heart failure is mostly rooted in deficiency of Qi and Yang of the heart,manifested as retained fluid,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,among which blood stasis runs through heart failure.By summarizing the academic thoughts of various physicians,this article discussed the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation of chronic heart failure as well as researches on clinical treatments commonly used in recent years.We screened out common clinical prescriptions among them,analyzed their formulations and modern pharmacology and summarized the achievements of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure,hoping to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure.
