白及多糖的药理研究进展及其治疗内镜下黏膜剥离术人工溃疡的作用探讨

摘　　要：白及具有收敛止血、消肿生肌的作用,是治疗消化性溃疡疾病的一种常见中药。国内外学者对白及主要成分进行提取,研究其化学成分、药理作用,并对其临床作用进行较为详细的研究。文章综述了白及多糖化学成分、药理作用以及临床作用,尤其对内镜下黏膜剥离术人工溃疡的作用进行阐述,从而指导临床治疗。Baiji(Bletilla striata)has the functions of astringing and stopping bleeding,disperse swelling and promoting granulation and it is a common Chinese medicine for treating peptic ulcer disease.Scholars at home and abroad have extracted the main components,studied their chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and carried out detailed studies on clinical effects.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical effect of Bletilla striata polysaccharide were reviewed,especially the effect of artificial ulcer by endoscopic mucosal dissection,so as to guide the clinical treatment.
