摘　　要：痤疮,即中医所说的粉刺,是皮肤科近年来的常见病、多发病。在中医文献中又称“肺风粉刺”“面疮”“酒刺”,俗称“青春痘”等。本病在我国诸多古典医籍中均有所提出,且传统中医认为该病早期多为肺胃湿热蕴毒,中后期为痰瘀内蕴,故常从热、毒、湿、瘀四方论治,用药多为具有消散解毒、清热凉血功效的药物。然而通过对临床的观察,跟随我的导师出诊学习,发现很多患者的病情复杂,尤其到病程后期,在表看似为阳证,究其根本为脏腑虚弱所致,其中尤以阳虚之证为多见。此时以补益之品为主方或在用药配伍中加入一些补益之品,往往取得很好的疗效。通过阅读相关文献,以阳虚为纲,探究痤疮的辨证与治疗,为临床治疗该病提供新的思路和依据。Acne,which is called acne in traditional Chinese medicine,is a common and frequently occurring disease in der-matology in recent years.In traditional Chinese medicine literature,it is also known as"feifeng acne""mianchuang""jiuci",commonly known as"acne".This disease has been put forward in many classic medical books in our country,and traditional Chi-nese medicine believes that the disease is mainly caused by dampness and heat accumulation in lung and stomach in the early stage,and phlegm and blood stasis in the middle and late stage.Therefore,it is often treated from the four aspects of heat,tox-in,dampness and blood stasis,and the drugs are mostly with the effect of dispersing and detoxifying,clearing heat and cooling blood.However,through clinical observation and follow-up study of my tutor,we found that the condition of many patients is complex,especially to the late course of the disease,it seems to be Yang Syndrome on the surface,which is caused by the weak-ness of zang-fu organs,especially the syndrome of Yang deficiency.At this point to benefit the main formula or in drug compat-ibility to add some benefit of the product,often achieved good results.In this paper,through reading the relevant literature,Yang deficiency as the key link,to explore the syndrome differentiation and treatment of acne,to provide new ideas and basis for clini-cal treatment of the disease.
