摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,中医药治疗糖尿病肾病具有较好的临床效果。关于糖尿病肾病的中医病因病机及临床应用研究较多,研究通过文献检索,收集、整理10年内有关中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的相关研究资料,总结糖尿病肾病中医病因病机,并研究目前中医主要通过辨证论治、经验方、中药提取物、外治法、食疗等手段治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及现状;研究发现中医药干预糖尿病肾病具有一定优势,中医药能够明显改善糖尿病肾病患者临床症状,对于改善肾功能、延缓疾病进展等方面效果明显,具备价格低廉、不良反应少、疗效好、形式多等特点。研究为临床上中医药治疗糖尿病肾病提供了基础文献综述证据及临床应用中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的思路。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common complications of diabetes.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.There are many studies on the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical applica-tion of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic nephropathy.In this study,through literature search,we collected and organized relevant research data on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years.The cura-tive effect and status quo of treating diabetic nephropathy by means of syndrome differentiation,empirical prescriptions,tradition-al Chinese medicine extracts,external treatment,diet therapy,etc.The study found that traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in intervening diabetic nephropathy.It has obvious effects in functions,delaying disease progression,etc.It has the characteristics of low price,few adverse reactions,good curative effect,and many forms.This study provides basic literature re-view evidence for clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine and ideas for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
