富碘中药治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的应用

摘　　要：自古以来,碘与甲状腺密不可分。晋葛洪在《肘后方》中提出以“海藻酒”治疗瘿病,随后大量的治瘿方药中均广泛使用海藻、昆布等富碘中药。现代医家治疗甲状腺乳头状癌时应用海藻、昆布等富碘中药且疗效颇佳。大量的实验研究证明,富碘中药所含的有机碘与无机碘并不等同,且富碘中药海藻、昆布等具有提高机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤的作用,富碘中药是治疗甲状腺乳头状癌可行的选择。Since ancient times,iodine and thyroid are inseparable.GE Hong in Jin dynasty proposed the use of"seaweed wine"to treat gall diseases in Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies.Subsequently,iodine-rich Chinese medicines such as seaweed and kelp were widely used in a large number of prescriptions for treating galls.Modern doctors use iodine-rich Chinese medicines such as seaweed and kelp in the treatment of thyroid papillary cancer,and the curative effect is quite good.A great many of experimental studies have proved that the organic iodine and inorganic iodine contained in iodine-rich Chinese medicines are not the same,and the iodine-rich Chinese medicines such as seaweed and kelp have the effect of improving the body’s immune function and anti-tumor.Iodine-rich Chinese medicine is feasible for the treatment of papillary thyroid cancer.
