摘　　要：冠心病是发生率、病死率较高的重大疾病,是人类的健康杀手之一,在临床中患者常伴有抑郁症的发生,二者互为因果,互相影响,形成恶性循环,由此,冠心病伴抑郁症——双心疾病逐渐进入人们的视野。近年来,中医药疗法因其具有疗效显著、绿色安全、不良反应极小等优点被人们接受和喜爱。围绕近年来中医药疗法治疗冠心病合并抑郁的文献,从中医对该病的认识、证型分布、中药治疗、针刺治疗以及其他中医特色疗法方面进行总结。Coronary heart disease is a major disease with high mortality.It is one of the human health killers.In the clinical patients often accompany depression,the two are caused,and the impact,and the impact of the vicious circle,thereby,Coronary heart disease accompanied by depression-double heart disease gradually enters people’s vision.In recent years,Chinese medicine therapy has been accepted and loved by its advantages such as significant efficacy,green safety and poisonous side effects.This paper surrounded the literature of Chinese medicine therapy in recent years to treat coronary heart disease,from traditional Chinese medicine’s understanding of this disease,the modern research,murder distribution,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment,and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.
