从脾论治2型糖尿病的近代研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是由体内胰岛素分泌不能满足正常的人体需要或胰岛素功能受损引起的以糖代谢异常为特点的代谢性综合征,中医普遍认为,糖尿病属于“消渴”“脾瘅”范畴,对于消渴病的基本病机,历代医家皆认为“阴虚为本,燥热为标”,其主要病位在肺、胃、肾,对于脾的论述较少,吾师石岩教授在多年的临证基础上提出脾虚为消渴病之根本的学术思想,并擅以健脾益气之法治疗2型糖尿病,效果满意,故笔者分别从古今医家从脾论治消渴病的理论基础、用药方法,以及预防2型糖尿病并发症等多方面,多层次进行总结和分析,从而为临床治疗糖尿病提供新的治疗思路。Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic syndrome characterized by abnormal glucose metabolism caused by the failure of insulin secretion in the body to meet normal human needs or impaired insulin function.Traditional Chinese medicine generally believes that diabetes belongs to the category of"Xiaoke"and"Pidan".As for the basic pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus,doctors of all ages believe that"Yin deficiency is the foundation and dryness-heat is the superficiality".Its main disease location is in lung,stomach and kidney.There is little discussion about spleen.Professor SHI Yan has put forward the academic idea that spleen deficiency is the root of diabetes on the basis of many years of clinical experience,and is good at using the method of invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi to treat type 2 diabetes.The effect is remarkable.Therefore,the author summarized and analyzed the theoretical basis,medication methods and prevention of complications of type 2 diabetes from the ancient and modern physicians’spleen theory,so as to provide new treatment ideas for clinical treatment of diabetes.
