自拟止咳化痰汤治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽病风热闭肺证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的本研究对小儿肺炎喘嗽病风热闭肺证采取自拟止咳化痰汤治疗。对其治疗效果予以探究。方法120例小儿肺炎喘嗽病风热闭肺证筛选自2019年8月—2021年2月,随机分为观察组60例自拟止咳化痰汤治疗和对照组60例西药治疗。观察两组治疗有效率、治疗前后炎性因子指标、血液流变学指标以及症状消失时间。结果观察组治疗有效高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组炎性因子指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血液流变学指标治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在此次研究中,对小儿肺炎喘嗽病风热闭肺证采取自拟止咳化痰汤治疗效果显著,可提升治疗有效率,改善炎性因子指标以及血液流变学指标。该治疗方法可在小儿肺炎喘嗽病风热闭肺证的治疗中予以推广。Objective In this study,Zhike Huatan Decoction(止咳化痰汤)was used.The therapeutic effect should be ex-plored.Methods From August 2019 to February 2021,120 cases of children with pneumonia,asthma and cough were randomly divided into 60 cases in the observation group treated with Zhike Huatan Decoction and 60 cases in the control group treated with western medicine.The effective rate,inflammatory factor index,hemorheological index and symptom disappearance time of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The treatment effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the inflammatory factor index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood rheological index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the treatment of self-formulated cough and phlegm soup is effective,which can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the inflammatory factors and blood rheology index.This treatment method can be promoted in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and cough disease.
