摘　　要：高校基金会是服务于高等教育高质量发展的重要力量。高校基金会资产增长不仅能够服务于高校发展,也有助于培育大学公益精神。基于“结构-功能”理论,从基金会的内部治理结构出发,关注“理事会”“监事会”“秘书处“”校友会”四个维度,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,以30所双一流高校基金会为样本,分析怎样的组态性因素会影响基金会资产增长。研究发现:专业独立运作型和内部治理优化型高校基金会能够有效促进总资产增长。基金会内部各结构要素协同治理具有重要意义,同时也有助于优化大学内部治理结构。University foundation is an important force to serve the high-quality development of higher education.The growth of university foundation assets can not only serve the development of colleges and universities,but also help to cultivate the spirit of university public welfare.Based on the“structure-function”theory,starting from the internal governance structure of the foundation,paying attention to the four dimensions of“council”,“board of supervisors”,“secretariat”and“alumni association”,using the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),taking 30 double-first-class university foundations as samples,this paper analyzes what kind of organizational factors will affect the growth of foundation assets.It is found that professional independent operation and internal governance optimized university foundations can effectively promote the growth of total assets.The cooperative governance of the structural elements within the foundation is of great significance,and it also helps to optimize the internal governance structure of the university.
