摘 要:为了推进固体废弃物粉煤灰漂珠的资源化利用,以粉煤灰漂珠和工业Al(OH)_(3)作为合成多孔莫来石的硅源和铝源,采用挤制成型工艺与固相烧结法制备了莫来石质多孔陶瓷,研究了升温速率(分别为2℃/min、5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min)对莫来石质多孔陶瓷物相组成、显微结构和性能的影响。结果表明:1)随着升温速率从2℃/min增加至15℃/min,试样中的莫来石衍射峰经历了先增强再减弱,石英和刚玉的衍射峰则先消失再出现;2)随着升温速率从2℃/min增加至15℃/min,试样的孔隙率和吸水率先增大后减小,体积密度和抗压强度先减小后增大;3)当升温速率为10℃/min时,可获得细长针状的莫来石晶体,试样的孔隙率为75.76%,吸水率为133.24%,体积密度为0.52 g·cm^(-3),抗压强度为8.9 MPa。In order to promote the resource utilization of solid waste fly ash hollow spheres,mullite porous ceramics were prepared by extrusion molding process and solid-phase sintering method using fly ash floating beads and industrial Al(OH)_(3) as silicon and aluminum sources.The effects of heating rate(2℃/min,5℃/min,10℃/min,15℃/min)on the phase composition,microstructure and properties of mullite porous ceramics were investigated.The results showed that:1)As the heating rate increased from 2℃/min to 15℃/min,the diffraction peaks of mullite in the sample experienced firstly enhancement and then weakening,and the diffraction peaks of quartz and corundum firstly disappeared and then appeared.2)The porosity and water absorption of the sample firstly increased and then decreased,however,the bulk density and compressive strength firstly decreased and then increased as the heating rate increased from 2℃/min to 15℃/min.3)When the heating rate was holding 10℃/min,needle-like mullite crystals can be obtained.The porosity of the sample was 75.76%,the water absorption 133.24%,the bulk density 0.52 g·cm^(-3),and the compressive strength 8.9 MPa.
