阿魏酸钠联合阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究阿魏酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月北京市通州区新华街道社区卫生服务中心收治的糖尿病肾病患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例,研究组采取阿魏酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组采取常规治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后研究组空腹血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、血管内皮细胞因子、尿蛋白排泄率、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿魏酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,可有效改善其血管内皮细胞因子及尿蛋白排泄率,提升生活质量,降低炎症反应细胞,控制血糖,为预后提供保障。Objective:To study the clinical value of sodium ferulate combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to the Xinhua Street Community Health Service Center of Tongzhou District of Beijing City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The study group was treated with sodium ferulate combined with atorvastatin,and the control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,vascular endothelial cytokines,urinary protein excretion rate,interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor in the study group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium ferulate combined with atorvastatin has a significant effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,can effectively improve the vascular endothelial cytokine and urinary protein excretion rate,improve the quality of life,reduce inflammatory cells,control blood glucose,and provide a guarantee for the prognosis.
