摘　　要：目的:分析医院等级评审对病案管理工作的促进作用。方法:选择2019年12月-2020年12月滨州市中心医院3000份病历资料展开分析,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组1500份行常规管理,观察组1500份进行医院评审,对比不良管理事件发生率、病案管理方式满意度、病案管理人员考核成绩。结果:观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组专业知识技能、科室管理、职业行为、职业素质考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院等级评审对病案管理工作能起到有效的促进作用,能够降低不良事件发生率,提高病案管理人员理论知识和技能操作水平,很大程度上提高了病案管理方式满意度,值得应用和推广。Objective:To analyze the role of hospital grade review in promoting medical record management.Methods:A total of 3000 medical records of Binzhou Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for analysis,and the records were divided into control group and observation group,control group(1500 records,for routine management)and observation group(1500 records,for hospital review).The incidence of adverse management events,satisfaction with medical record management methods,and assessment results of medical record management personnel were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment results of professional knowledge and skills,department management,professional behavior and professional quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospital grade review can effectively promote the management of medical records,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the theoretical knowledge and skill operation level of medical record management personnel,and greatly improve the satisfaction of medical record management methods.It deserves an application and promotion.
