红色文化辐射下的城市基层党建工作创新

摘　　要：阐述了城市基层党建工作发展的概况;从党中央对基层党建工作高度重视、全面深化改革激发基层党建工作新动能、人民群众对党风建设的肯定与期待三个方面分析了城市基层党建工作的新机遇。从思想建设、组织建设、制度建设和作风建设四个层面论述了城市基层党建工作面临的新挑战。以辽宁省沈阳市为例,探索了在红色文化辐射下城市基层党建工作的创新路径:建设红色驿站,传播红色文化;开设红色讲堂,搭建红色文化传承平台;点燃红色动力,激活全方位振兴引擎;建立红色链接,不断扩大党建活动的覆盖面。This paper expounds the general situation of the development of Party’s primary level construction.It analyzes the new opportunities from three aspects:the high attention of the Party Central Committee,the comprehensive deepening of reform to stimulate new momentum,and the affirmation and expectation of the people;and discusses the new challenges it faces from four aspects:ideological construction,organization construction,system construction and style construction.Taking Shenyang as an example,it explores the innovative path of party’s primary level construction under the influence of red culture:building a red post station to spread red culture;opening a red lecture hall to build a red culture inheritance platform;stimulating red power and activating the revitalization engine in an all-round way;establishing red links and continuously expanding the coverage of party building activities.
