摘　　要：概述了采光、日照权及国家有关工程建设标准。指出密集的房屋开发造成城市居民可享受的光资源短缺,采光、日照侵权纠纷增多的现象。阐述了在司法实践中,相关案例涉及民事、行政及民行交叉等多种类型,案件呈现数量多、分类杂等特点。通过对采光、日照权纠纷的类型化探究,对不同采光、日照权纠纷进行系统梳理,探寻采光、日照权利救济的司法正义。Based on the rights of lighting and sunshine and relevant State engineering construction standards,this paper points out that over-intensive housing development has resulted in the reduction of light resources that urban residents can enjoy,and the increase of disputes over the infringement of lighting and sunshine.It expounds that in judicial practice,the relevant cases involve various types of civil,administrative and over-lapping disputes,showing the characteristics of large numbers and miscellaneous classifications.Through the typological exploration and systematic sorting out of disputes over lighting and sunshine rights,it hopes to explore judicial justice for the relief of lighting and sunshine rights.
