摘　　要：牛副结核病也称牛副结核性肠炎,由副结核分枝杆菌引起的以持续顽固性腹泻、渐进性消瘦为特征的慢性人兽共患传染病。该病呈全球性分布,在世界各国均有流行,牛场一旦发病很难根除,给畜牧业造成了巨大危害。对该病进行深入了解并进行有效防控,对我国畜牧业持续健康发展和公共卫生安全都有非常重要的意义。本文从该病的病原学、流行病学、危害、诊断、防控等方面进行了综述,基于此提出在未来的防控实践中,牛场要切实做好相关防控工作,政府要加强防控规划,从上至下形成科学有效的综合性防控体系,以减少该病的发生并严格控制该病的传播,从而将该病对畜牧业及公共卫生的危害降至最低。Bovine paratuberculosis,also known as bovine paratroboric enteritis,is a chronic zoonosis characterized by persistent intractable diarrhea and progressive wasting,caused by Mycobacterium avium subsp.paratuberculosis.The disease is globally distributed and prevalent all over the world.Once it occurs in a cattle farm,it will be very difficult to be eradicated,and bringing great harm to animal husbandry.To further investigate,effectively prevent and control the disease will play an important role in the sustainable and healthy development of animal husbandry and public health safety in China.In the paper,the pathogen,epidemiology,harm,diagnosis,prevention and control measures concerning the disease were summarized,based on which,it was proposed that,in future practice,relevant prevention and control measures should be implemented on farms,which should be planned by local government to establish a scientific and effective comprehensive prevention and control system along the chain of command at all levels,so as to reduce any occurrence of the disease and strictly control any spreading,and thus to minimize any possible harm brought by the disease to animal husbandry and public health.
