摘 要:2020年8月底,江苏省某猪场断尾、阉割仔猪出现大量急性死亡,病情持续2个月左右。为确诊引起死亡的原因,11月中旬,对送检的4只发病仔猪进行了剖检和实验室诊断。根据流行史、临床症状、剖检病变,以及心血涂片和脏器触片检查结果进行初步诊断,结合细菌和分子生物学检测结果进行确诊。结果显示:剖检病变多呈黄染、败血性变化,脏器触片检查观察到大量球形、圆形蓝紫色细菌;经16S rRNA序列比对,病变组织中分离、纯化的细菌被鉴定为溶血性葡萄球菌;心血涂片检查发现大量红细胞变形,呈星芒状、锯齿状和半月状等不规则形状,符合附红细胞体特征,且经PCR扩增出特异性条带。最终确诊,引起该规模猪场仔猪死亡的病因为附红细胞体与溶血性葡萄球菌混合感染。根据诊断结果针对性给药,5 d后该猪场疫情得到有效控制。本病例的诊断结合了现代分子生物学方法和经典检测方法,这对于混合感染的诊断有着重要作用。At the end of August 2020,a large number of bobbed and castrated piglets acutely died in a farm in Jiangsu Province,lasting for about 2 months.In order to confirm the causes leading to such death,4 infected piglets sent for inspection were autopsied for laboratory diagnosis in mid-November.Initial diagnosis was made according to epidemiological history,clinical symptoms,necropsy lesions,and the results of blood smear and visceral contact plate,followed by confirmation through bacterial and molecular biological detection.The results showed that yellow and septic changes were observed in most lesions,and a large number of spherical and round blue-purple bacteria were observed through visceral contact plate examination;the bacteria isolated and purified from the lesion tissues were identified as Staphylococcus haemolyticus through 16S rRNA sequence alignment;it was found that,through blood smear examination,a large number of red blood cells were deformed with star-shaped,serrated,half-moon and other irregular shapes,which were consistent with the characteristics of Eperythrozoon,and specific bands were amplified by PCR.It was finally confirmed that the death of piglets in the large-sacle farm was caused by co-infection with Eperythrozoon and Staphylococcus hemolyticus.The outbreak was effectively controlled after 5 days since target administration was conducted according to diagnosis results.Modern molecular biology methods and classical detection methods were used to diagnose the case,which played an important role in the diagnosis of co-infection.
