摘 要:研究了用双氧水氧化—磷酸盐沉淀法从硫化镍矿浸出液中去除杂质铁,考察了氧化剂双氧水用量、溶液终点pH、n(P)/n(Fe)、反应温度、反应时间对铁去除率及镍、铜损失率的影响。结果表明:在双氧水用量为理论量1.5倍、终点pH=2.0、n(P)/n(Fe)=1.0、反应温度50℃、反应时间30 min条件下,铁去除率为98.17%,铜、镍损失率分别为1.50%和0.58%;除铁后液中铁质量浓度降至0.337 g/L;除铁渣主要成分为无定形水合磷酸铁(FePO_(4)·x H_(2)O),其中铜、镍质量分数仅为0.10%和0.08%。该工艺除铁效果较好。The removal of ferric from nickel sulfide ore leachate by oxidation—phosphate precitation process was researched.The effects of the H_(2)O_(2) dosage,terminal pH,n(P)/n(Fe),reaction temperature and reaction time on the removal rate of ferric and the loss rate of nickel and copper were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of H_(2)O_(2) dosage of 1.5 times theory dosage,terminal pH of 2.0,n(P)/n(Fe)=1.0,reaction temperature of 50℃and reaction time of 30 min,the removal rate of ferric is 98.17%,and the loss rates of copper and nickel are 1.50%and 0.58%respectively.The mass concentration of ferric in the liquid after removal of ferric decreases to 0.337 g/L.The main component of removal slag of ferric is amorphous hydrated ferric phosphate(FePO 4·x H 2O)with 0.10%copper and 0.08%nickel.The process has good ferric removal effect.
