摘　　要：二氟二碘甲烷是一种向有机分子中引入碘二氟甲基和二氟亚甲基的含氟砌块。2-(氟磺酰基)二氟乙酰基氟或β-四氟磺内酯与碘化钾和碘反应得到中等收率的二氟二碘甲烷。通过二氟二碘甲烷与含双键化合物发生加成反应,可以制备3,3-二乙氧基-1,1-二氟-1-碘丙烷、2-(二氟碘甲氧基)-1,1,2,2-四氟乙基磺酰氟、1,3-二碘六氟丙烷等含氟砌块。二氟二碘还可以制备液晶化合物二氟-[(4-烷氧基-2,3,5,6-四氟苯基)乙基-3,5-二氟苯基-3,4,5-三氟苯氧基]甲烷。Difluorodiiodomethane is a fluorine-containing building block that introduces iododifluoromethyl and difluoromethylene into organic molecules.Reaction of 2-(fluorosulfonyl)difluoroacetyl fluoride orβ-tetrafluorosultone with potassium iodide and iodine gave difluorodiiodomethane in moderate yields.Through the addition reaction of difluorodiiodomethane with compounds containing double bonds,3,3-diethoxy-1,1-difluoro-1-iodopropane,2-(difluoroiodomethoxy)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethylflavanyl fluoride,1,3-diiodohexafluoropropane and other fluorine-containing building blocks can be prepared.Difluorodiiodide can also prepare the liquid crystal compound difluoro-[(4-alkoxy-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl)ethyl-3,5-difluorophenyl-3,4,5-trifluorophenoxy]methane.
