摘  要:聚丙烯酸(PAA)是一种具有羧基官能团(-COOH)的聚合物,能溶于水和有机溶剂,可以作为电池黏结剂应用于负极材料以及正极材料中,具有良好的性能。采用氧化-还原引发剂,以水为溶剂,低浓度下合成中等分子量聚丙烯酸溶液。通过控制引发剂用量、预先加入反应釜中水的用量制备具有不同黏度和分子量的聚丙烯酸。聚合反应结束后,后处理加入热引发剂叔丁基过氧化氢,可以将溶液中残留单体含量降低至0.26%。通过滴加的方式控制体系中单体和引发剂保持低浓度,制备不同黏度的聚丙烯酸溶液,体系中不引入杂原子,制备无色透明的聚丙烯酸溶液。本合成工艺简单,易于实现工业化生产。Polyacrylic acid(PAA)is a polymer with carboxyl functional groups(-COOH),which can be dissolved in water and organic solvents,and can be used as a battery binder in anode materials and cathode materials,with good performance.A medium molecular weight polyacrylic acid solution was synthesized at a low concentration using an oxidation-reduction initiator and water as the solvent.Polyacrylic acids with different viscosities and molecular weights were prepared by controlling the amount of initiator and the amount of water added to the reaction kettle in advance.After the polymerization reaction is completed,the post-treatment thermal initiator tert-butyl hydroperoxide is added to reduce the residual monomer content in the solution to 0.26%.The monomers and initiators in the system are controlled to keep low concentration by dropwise addition,and polyacrylic acid solutions of different viscosity are prepared without introducing heteroatoms into the system to prepare colorless and transparent polyacrylic acid solutions.The synthesis process is simple,and it is easy to realize industrial production.
