孙建华“调神健脾”学术思想在持续性呃逆中的运用

摘　　要：持续性呃逆最常见病因是中枢神经系统疾病或胃肠道疾病,因其发病的持续性,对患者的睡眠、饮食等造成影响,严重降低患者生活质量。孙建华教授在总结临床经验,胃肠疾病的中医发病机制以及现代医学“脑-肠互动”理论的基础上创立“调神健脾”针法,在调理脾胃功能的同时注重调神,通过临床验证,“调神健脾”针法对胃肠功能紊乱性疾病疗效显著。笔者在临床上发现一例结肠癌术后肠梗阻并发呃逆患者,西药治疗无效,随即采用“调神健脾”针法配穴加减进行治疗,效果显著,故报道此病例。The most common cause of persistent hiccup is central nervous system disease or gastrointestinal disease.Because of its persistence,it affects the patients'sleep and diet,and seriously reduces the patients'quality of life.On the basis of summarizing clinical experience,TCM pathogenesis of gastrointestinal diseases and the theory of"brain gut interaction"in modern medicine,Professor Sun Jianhua established the acupuncture method of"regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen".He paid attention to regulating the mind while regulating the function of the spleen and stomach.Through clinical verification,the acupuncture method of"regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen"has a significant effect on gastrointestinal disorders.The author found a case of colon cancer postoperative intestinal obstruction complicated with hiccup clinically,which was ineffective in western medicine treatment.Then the acupuncture method of"regulating spirit and strengthening spleen"combined with acupoint addition and subtraction was used for treatment,and the effect was remarkable.Therefore,this case is reported.
