《理瀹骈文》“内病外治”理论在中医推拿中的应用探析

摘　　要：清·吴尚先在其编著的《理瀹骈文》一书中详细论述了“内病外治”的相关理论,对后世外治学产生深远的影响。中医推拿作为中医外治法的重要组成部分,被越来越多地应用于治疗“内病”;然而,关于推拿在治疗“内病”过程中如何遵循“内病外治”机理却鲜被阐述。通过对《理瀹骈文》“内病外治”的思想进行探究,剖析其内涵,并探讨其在中医推拿中的应用,以期为中医推拿治疗“内病”的理论研究提供参考。Wu Shangxian of the Qing Dynasty elaborated the theory of‘externally curing internal disease’in his book Li Yue Pian Wen,which had a far-reaching impact on the later study of external treatment.As an important part of the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Tuina is more and more used to treat‘internal diseases’;but how to follow the mechanism of‘externally curing internal disease’is seldom expounded.This paper analyzes the thought of‘externally curing internal disease’in Li Yue Pian Wen from its connotation,and discusses its application in Tuina,in order to provide reference for the theoretical research of Tuina.
