《名医类案》中刺血法治疗眩晕的验案赏析

摘　　要：眩晕是临床常见病证,古今医家多认为其发病以肝为主,是因“风、火、痰、虚、瘀”导致脏腑气血阴阳失和而发病。简阅《名医类案》中刺血法治疗眩晕病的相关医案后,从“理气活血、祛瘀生新”、“治风先治血、血行风自灭”、“火郁而发之”这三个方面浅析其中刺血法治疗眩晕病的机制,并提出学习心得:刺血法通过调和血气这一根本作用可治疗不同证型的眩晕症。Vertigo is a common clinical disease,and most ancient and modern medicine think that vertigo mainly occurred in liver,is caused by wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis which lead to internal organs qi,blood,Yin and Yang disharmony.After reading a brief medical cases of vertigo treated by pricking blood in Famous Medical Cases,the article briefly analyzes the mechanism of treating vertigo by pricking blood from three aspects:"curing blood before curing wind,then wind eliminated after the blood running","removing the stagnation of fire"and"regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,then eliminating blood stasis to promote new blood".And put forward learning experience:the method of pricking blood can treat vertigo of different syndromes by harmonizing blood and qi.
