基于脾主肌肉探讨肌少症的电针治疗

摘　　要：肌少症是一种与增龄相关的综合退行性病征,主要表现为肌肉数量与质量的下降及功能的减退。本文基于“脾主肌肉”理论内涵,认为脾的生理功能与肌少症诊断的三大要素密切相关,笔者通过长期的跟师学习,总结导师治疗肌少症的经验方法,从脾入手,以中脘、天枢、气海为主要穴位处方,探讨电针治疗肌少症的可靠性和有效性,为今后防治肌少症提供更多的临床依据。Sarcopenia is a comprehensive degenerative disease associated with aging,which is mainly manifested as a decrease in muscle quantity and quality and a decline in function.Based on the theoretical connotation of"the spleen controls the muscles",this paper believes that the physiological function of the spleen is closely related to the three major elements of the diagnosis of sarcopenia.Through long-term study with the teacher,the author summarizes the experience and methods of the teacher in the treatment of sarcopenia.Zhongwan,Tianshu and Qihai are the main acupoint prescriptions to discuss the reliability and effectiveness of electroacupuncture in the treatment of sarcopenia,and provide more clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia in the future.
