腕踝针治疗混合痔术后24 h急性疼痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察腕踝针治疗混合痔术后24 h急性疼痛的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年1月广州中医药大学第六临床医学院收治的100例混合痔术后24 h急性疼痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠栓治疗,观察组采用腕踝针治疗。比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、镇痛起效时间、舒适度评分。结果治疗前后,两组患者VAS评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇痛起效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者舒适度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者舒适度评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当混合痔患者术后24 h出现急性疼痛时,腕踝针镇痛起效时间短于对照组,能快速缓解患者疼痛,提高患者的舒适度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of wrist ankle acupuncture on acute pain 24 h after operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids treated in the Sixth Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository,and the observation group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,onset time of analgesia and comfort score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of analgesia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comfort score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The comfort scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When acute pain occurs 24 h after operation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,the onset time of wrist ankle acupuncture analgesia is shorter than that in the control group.It can quickly relieve the pain and improve the comfort of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
