从医院管理层面推进研究创新型医院建设实践与探索

摘　　要：本文讨论了目前公立医院在创新发展中遇到的全院统筹协调创新较少、杰出人才比例较小、成果转化观念缺乏,专职研究医生等职业发展障碍、信息化建设较薄弱等瓶颈问题,并以首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院的发展建设为例从组织领导、经费投入、绩效管理、科研管理、平台建设、研究型病房建设、人事管理、信息化建设等医院管理层面进行了全面剖析,探讨作为医疗机构应如何加强研究创新功能,推进研究创新型医院建设进程。医院的创新能力是决定医院未来发展前景的重要因素,需要从战略的角度加以引导和推动。既要用科学的方法、发展的眼光来看待医院转型发展中的瓶颈问题,又要勇于改革,优化管理,突出学科建设,促进医院整体协调发展和创新,持续推进研究创新型医院建设。This paper analyzes the bottleneck problems encountered in the innovation and development of governmental hospitals,such as less overall coordination and innovation of the whole hospital,small proportion of outstanding talents,lack of concept of achievement transformation,professional development obstacles of full-time research doctors,and weak information construction.Taking the development and construction of Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University as an example,comprehensively analyzes how to strengthen the research and innovation function and promote the construction process of research and innovation hospital from management aspects.Such as organizational leadership,fund investment,performance management,scientific research management,platform construction,research ward construction,personnel management and information construction.The innovation ability of hospitals is an important factor that determines the future development prospect of the hospital,which needs to be guided and promoted from a strategic perspective.We should not only look at the bottleneck problems in the transformation and development of hospitals with scientific methods and development perspective,but also have the courage to reform,optimize management,highlight discipline construction,promote the overall coordinated development and innovation of hospitals,and continuously promote the construction of research hospitals.
