升阳益胃汤治疗发作性睡病研究

摘　　要：升阳益胃汤是治疗发作性睡病的有效方,所治之证为脾胃气虚、痰湿阻窍、肝郁火旺之虚实夹杂证。临床试用该方治疗发作性睡病收效显著,本文分析了升阳益胃汤治疗发作性睡病的病因病机和具体临床用法,初步总结出升阳益胃汤的适用方证有五:一为白天嗜睡、猝倒、夜寐不安;二为神疲倦怠、兴趣减少、动力缺乏;三为情绪低落或急躁易怒、记忆力、反应力慢,注意力不集中;四为食欲不振或暴饮暴食,面色萎黄,体形偏胖或偏瘦;五为舌淡胖有齿痕、苔腻。具备此证候特征的发作性睡病患者,运用升阳益胃汤治疗,疗效颇佳。Shengyang Yiwei decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of narcolepsy.The treated syndromes are deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,failure to clear yang,dampness depression and heat.This paper analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and specific clinical use of Shengyang Yiwei decoction in the treatment of narcolepsy,and preliminarily summarizes that there are five applicable prescriptions and syndromes of Shengyang Yiwei decoction:daytime sleepiness,cataplexy;fatigue,loss of interest,lack of motivation;low mood or irritability,memory,reaction time,inattention;loss of appetite or overeating,sallow complexion,body fat or lean;pale fat tongue with teeth marks,greasy moss.Patients with narcolepsy with this syndrome feature are treated with Shengyang Yiwei decoction,and the curative effect is quite good.
