摘　　要：本文总结湖南省名中医陈新宇教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验。溃疡性结肠炎是以腹痛、腹泻和黏液脓血便为主要表现的常见的难治性疾病,具有高复发性、高致残率、癌变高风险的特点,严重影响患者生活质量。溃疡性结肠炎基本病机为湿热蕴肠、气血凝滞、传导失司、肠道脂膜血络受损。病位在肠,与脾胃密切相关,涉及肝、肾。治疗上,应谨守病机、合理兼顾、灵活运用,具体而言活动期宜清肠燥湿,缓解期宜健脾祛湿,用药时注意寒温结合、清补并用,调理时注重药膳结合,适时结合中药灌肠、内外结合之法。临证时陈新宇教授主张分期论治、标本兼治,运用中药汤剂结合自制中医养生膏方、食疗方、中药灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,疗效颇佳。This paper summarizes the experience of Professor CHEN Xinyu,a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan province,in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Ulcerative colitis is a common refractory disease characterized by abdominal pain,diarrhea and mucus purulent bloody stool.It has the characteristics of high recurrence,high disability rate and high risk of canceration,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The basic pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is damp heat accumulating in the intestine,stagnation of qi and blood,loss of conduction and damage of intestinal lipid membrane and blood collaterals.The disease is located in the intestine,closely related to the spleen and stomach,involving the liver and kidney.In terms of treatment,we should abide by the pathogenesis,give reasonable consideration to and use flexibly.Specifically,we should clear the intestines and dry dampness in the active period,strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness in the remission period,pay attention to the combination of cold and temperature,clear and supplement in the medication,pay attention to the combination of medicine and diet in the conditioning,and timely combine the method of traditional Chinese medicine enema and internal and external combination.Professor CHEN Xinyu advocated treating ulcerative colitis by stages and treating both symptoms and signs.He used traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine health cream,diet therapy and traditional Chinese medicine enema to treat ulcerative colitis.The curative effect is quite good.
