针刺治疗胃食管反流病研究进展

摘　　要：胃食管反流病是临床常见的一种上消化道疾病,以反酸、烧心、反流等为典型临床表现,病情易反复发作,影响患者的生活质量。当前现代医学治疗本病可供选择的方法虽多,但治疗效果往往不尽如人意。针刺可以通过多环节、多层次、多靶点的整体调理和个体化诊疗方式,神形兼顾,对于本病的治疗有着独特优势,因此能够作为一种治疗本病的替代或补充疗法。现对针刺治疗胃食管反流病的相关研究进展作一综述,以便为今后进一步研究本病提供参考。Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common upper gastrointestinal disease in clinic.It takes acid reflux,heartburn and reflux as typical clinical manifestations.The disease is easy to recur and affect the quality of life of patients.Although there are many alternative methods to treat this disease in modern medicine,the effect is often unsatisfactory.Acupuncture can be used as an alternative or complementary therapy for the treatment of this disease through multi-link,multi-level and multi-target holistic conditioning and individual diagnosis and treatment with both spiritual and physical consideration.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,so as to provide reference for further study of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the future.
