大型板式塔内桁架梁的数值模拟与优化

摘  要:对大型板式塔内桁架梁的结构及载荷分布进行了研究,结合文献给出了桁架梁在相应载荷作用下强度、挠度和稳定性的计算公式。通过ANSYS Workbench对某对二甲苯装置中塔径9 m的二甲苯塔内桁架梁分别在正常操作时和安装检修时进行了数值模拟,得到应力云图、位移云图和载荷-位移曲线。模拟发现最大应力均位于弦杆端部与支座连接处,最大挠度均位于桁架梁跨中处。以桁架梁的质量为优化目标,桁架梁的强度与挠度为约束条件,对桁架梁结构参数进行优化,得到桁架梁的腹杆与弦杆最佳角度为38°;优化过程发现弦杆高度和弦杆腹板厚度对桁架梁的质量、强度与挠度的影响最为显著。优化结果为塔内桁架梁的设计与优化提供了参考。In this article, the structure and load distribution of the truss beam in the large-scale plate tower are explored;the calculation formulas for the truss beam’s strength, deflection and stability with the related load are worked out based on the literature. With the help of ANSYS Workbench, a series of numerical simulation are carried out on the inner truss beams of a nine-meter xylene tower in a para-xylene device during normal operation and during installation & maintenance. Thus, the stress cloud diagram, the displacement cloud diagram and the load-displacement curve are obtained. The simulation results show that the maximum stress is located at the joint between the chord end and the support, and the maximum deflection is located at the mid-span of the truss beam. With the truss beam’s quality as the optimization goal, with its strength and deflection as the constraints, the structural parameters of the truss beam are optimized. The optimal angle between the web and the chord of the truss beam is 38°;in the optimization process, it’s found that the chord height and the thickness of the chord web have the most significant influence on the truss beam’s quality, strength and deflection. These results provide reference for design and optimization of the truss beam in the tower.
