摘  要:近年来随着航空母舰的兴起,舰载机成为了航空母舰的主要作战武器,同时由于航空母舰甲板空间有限,舰载机需要可折叠机翼来改变其空间尺寸,而对于大角度折叠机翼而言,为了防止机翼在折叠过程中内外翼干涉,因此有必要设计随动口盖。但是随动口盖常位于气动面,对于变形有很严格的要求,因此研究折叠机翼随动口盖结构优化设计有着重要的工程意义。文中针对一种折叠三角翼的随动口盖结构进行优化设计,为了研究随动口盖变形,建立了口盖的有限元参数化模型。针对传统遗传算法在工程应用上的局限性,进行工程应用的改进,提出了工程筛选策略,同时运用该方法对随动口盖的筋条数量、布局,口盖锁的数量、布局及筋条高度进行了协同优化,优化结果为口盖最大位移1.769 mm,相比于常规均匀布局的口盖形式,最大位移下降了48.23%。此方法为折叠机翼随动口盖设计提供了一种新思路。In recent years, with the rise of aircraft carriers, carrier-borne aircraft becomes the main combat weapon of aircraft carriers. Meanwhile, due to the limited deck space of aircraft carriers, carrier-borne aircraft needs folded wings to change its space size. For those large-angle folded wings, it is necessary to design a retractable flap in order to prevent interference of inner and outer wings in the process of folding. However, the retractable flap is usually located on the aerodynamic surface and deformation of the retractable flap should reach strict standards, so it is of great engineering significance to explore optimization design of the retractable flap. This article focuses on structure optimization of the folded triangle wing’s retractable flap. In order to study deformation of the retractable flap, a finite-element parametric model is set up. In view of the limitations of the traditional genetic algorithm in engineering application, the project-selection strategy is proposed for improvement of engineering application. Besides, this method is used to optimize the number and layout of the bars, the number and layout of the locks and the height of the bars, and the optimal results are that the maximum displacement of the retractable flap is 1.769 mm, which decreases by 48.23% compared with that based on the conventional uniform layout. This method provides a new idea for design of the folded wing’s retractable flap.
