摘 要:端铣加工是一个间歇铣削过程,当前基于分段法的铣削力模型不能准确预测铣削力,为此文中提出了一种基于傅里叶级数展开的端铣铣削力预测模型。通过傅里叶级数展开,可将铣刀的不连续切削力函数转化为连续的可积函数。在计算切削力时,该预测模型考虑了切削参数、刀具几何形状和刀具旋转角度的影响并基于此模型提出了刀具挠度计算公式。通过不同切削条件下的试验,验证了基于傅里叶级数展开式的切削力预测模型具有较高的准确性。文中所提出的铣削力预测模型可用于加工误差的实时估计,调整切削状态,为进一步降低铣削加工误差提供理论依据。The milling process is an intermittent process. Currently, the milling force cannot be predicted accurately with the help of the milling-force model based on the subsection method. Therefore, in this article the prediction model of the end milling force based on the Fourier series is worked out. The discontinuous milling-force function of the milling cutter can be transformed into the continuous integrable function by means of the Fourier series. When the milling force is calculated, the influence of milling parameters, tool geometry and rotation angle is taken into consideration in the prediction model, and based on this model, the calculation formula of tool deflection is proposed. The milling-force prediction model based on the Fourier series is verified by means of the experiments under different milling conditions. This milling-force prediction model can be used to estimate the machining error in real time;what’s more, the milling state can be adjusted, which provides theoretical basis for further reducing the milling error.
