摘 要:为提高产品概念设计的完整性和准确性,解决传统产品概念设计分析阶段使用单一工具而导致效果不足的问题,提出了KJ/Kano/FAST设计模式。通过功能需求挖掘、关键功能区域识和功能求解,集成3个工具的互补优势,实现概念设计过程的改进。以森林消防车为例,基于该模式进行了造型创新设计,初步验证了设计模式的可行性。研究表明:KJ/Kano/FAST能够实现发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的路径,有助于形成符合用户需求的创新设计方案,有利于提高产品概念设计的完整性和准确性。A KJ/Kano/FAST design mode was proposed to improve the integrity and accuracy of product conceptual design, and solve the problem of insufficient effect caused by single tool used in traditional product conceptual design analysis stage. Through functional requirement mining, key functional area identification and functional solution, the complementary advantages of the three tools were integrated to realize the improvement of the conceptual design process. Taking the forest fire truck as an example, modeling innovation design was carried out based on this model, and the feasibility of the design model was preliminarily verified. The research showed that KJ/Kano/FAST could provide a path to realize problem discovery, problem analysis and even solution. This is helpful to form innovative design solutions that meet user requirements, and conducive to improve the integrity and accuracy of product conceptual design.
