摘　　要：北大法宝检索平台所收录的2020年度山东医疗损害中涉及的有关司法鉴定的相关问题现状和存在的问题,针对司法鉴定的争议焦点,提出医疗纠纷预防和处理的建议。This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems in forensic appraisal of medical damage liability disputes of 2020 in Shandong province which are collected on the PKULAW Platform, and puts forward some suggestions on the prevention and management of medical disputes in view of the dispute focus of judicial appraisal,
