摘 要:目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者血浆白脂素和25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平变化及临床意义。方法选取初诊2型糖尿病患者80例,正常对照组75例,采用ELISA法检测空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、白脂素(Asprosin)、25-(OH)D水平,对结果进行分析。结果2型糖尿病组与对照组相比Asprosin显著升高、25-(OH)D显著降低(P<0.05);血清Asprosin与25-(OH)D呈负相关;Asprosin与FPG、FINS呈正相关(P<0.05);与HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者白脂素升高及维生素D减低可能参与了慢性炎症导致胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞损伤加重。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma leucolipin and 25-(OH)D levels in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients(T2DM).Methods The levels of fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA 1C),leucolipin and 25-(OH)D was measured by ELISA in 80 newly diagnosed T2DM patients and 75 normal controls and the data was analyzed.Results Leucolipin was significantly increased and 25-(OH)D was significantly decreased in T2DM control group(P<0.05);plasma leucolipin was negatively correlated with 25-(OH)D;Leucolipin was positively correlated with FPG and FINS(P<0.05);HOMA-IR was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of leucolipin and the decrease of vitamin D in patients with T2DM may be involved in the aggravation of insulin resistance and isletβcell injury caused by chronic inflammation.
