摘  要:研究了丙二醇甲醚(PM)与乙酸(HAC)酯化合成丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯(PMA)的萃取反应精馏工艺。通过间歇反应筛选出合适的催化剂,通过连续反应精馏确定了合适的带水剂及催化剂装填量;模拟优化得到较优的工艺条件,在该条件下PM转化率为93.12%,PMA选择性为98.46%。实验证明模拟结果可靠。The extraction reaction distillation process for the synthesis of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate(PMA) through the reaction between propylene glycol methyl ether and acetic acid is studied.The suitable catalyst is selected via batch reaction, and the suitable catalyst dosage and water entrainer are determined via continuous reaction distillation.The better process conditions are obtained via simulation optimization.The conversion rate can reach 93.12% and the selectivity can reach 98.46% under the optimized conditions.It is verified through experiments that the simulation results are reliable.
